A Pranayama Certification program taught through our private estate studio and built around three essential areas of study:
Become Prāṇa Literate.
Prāṇāyāma Fluent.
Breathwork Informed.
Receive program details, curriculum updates, tuition information, and early notice when applications become available.
This curriculum overview highlights essential domains.
Further detail is explored through a complimentary Clarity Conversation.
Explore the origins and evolving language of prāṇa, pranayama, and breathwork, including where these traditions overlap and where they meaningfully diverge. Study classical principles alongside contemporary approaches, developing a clear understanding of technique, intention, context, and the many ways breath has been understood across cultures and disciplines.
Respiratory mechanics (Biomechanics of Breathing), nervous system and neuroscience, contraindications, and scope of practice.
Develop a practical understanding of how breathing interacts with the respiratory, circulatory, nervous, and other physiological systems. Explore biomechanics, respiratory chemistry, CO₂ and O₂ regulation, autonomic function, and the neurological dimensions of breathing and breath regulation.
Learn how to teach with clarity and authenticity within your own genre.
Students develop practical skill through supervised application, emphasizing transmission, perception, and embodiment.
Key areas include set and setting, cueing and language, assessment and real-world application. Our training is hands-on and experiential, addressing facilitation, holding space, safety, boundaries, and meaningful integration.
Applying the work to stress, health, relationships, creativity, and work life.
Alumni pathway, ongoing study, refinement, and maturation beyond certification.
Ethical delivery, boundaries, sustainability, and real-world application of teaching.
Our teachings are hosted on a trusted globally recognized education platform, ensuring stability, longevity, and a professional learning experience.
Recorded and organized to meet the group’s needs.
All course materials are available across devices, allowing students to study, review, and return to the teachings as their practice evolves.
Scheduled monthly sessions for questions, clarification, and integration support. Dates and times are outlined in the course curriculum.
All live and prerecorded teachings are recorded and organized to support long-term study and integration.
Students who are local may attend ongoing weekly classes centered on pranayama, prāṇa, breath, and related practices.
A monthly one-on-one session is included to support clarity, alignment, and appropriate progression; additional private sessions may be arranged as needed.
This retreat is available to any students that would like to attend, including both current and past students. It is not mandatory but highly suggested that you attend if possible.
This training is for practitioners who have practiced long enough to sense the limits of technique—and who want to understand what they’re actually working with before teaching others.
It’s designed for those who value discernment, responsibility, and long-term development over novelty or performance.
Pranayama as a field of study, not a collection of breathing techniques
Transmission over information — learning how prāṇa is perceived, regulated, and embodied
Mentorship-based education, not content consumption
Integration with daily life, teaching environments, and human systems
A long-arc view of teaching, development, and stewardship
This training emphasizes discernment, stability, and presence—qualities that endure long after techniques are forgotten.
