Our Motto
Become Prana Literate
Pranayama Fluent
Breathwork informed
This is our motto — with a built-in curriculum.
What we mean by each word:
Literate doesn’t mean mastered. It means you can recognize Prana when you meet it — the way a reader recognizes words on a page instead of random marks. You’re not acquiring something new from outside; you’re learning to notice what was already there.
Fluent goes a step further. It’s the difference between reading a language and speaking it without translating in your head first. Fluency in Pranayama means the practice becomes something you do, not something you’re still working out mid-breath.
Informed is different from both. Breathwork today is a wide, mixed field — some of it centuries old, some of it repackaged and sold as new. You don’t need to master all of it. You need enough to tell the difference between what’s rooted and what’s marketing.
