Our intensive combines both theoretical knowledge and practical sessions. You'll not only understand the principles behind each technique but also get a chance to practice them under expert guidance and fellow students.
Breathwork is the overarching phrase used primarily to describe all forms of breathing ie; giving birth as a human requires a certain type of breathing that would be categorized underneath the "breath work umbrella." Another example would be the type of breathing a free diver would be practicing just before he went on a deep dive. These examples have their own unique names but they all fall under the umbrella of breathwork.

We will meet for 3 hours every Saturday for 4 weeks. It’s suggested to dedicate about 15 minutes a day between sessions, personal practice, and reflections.
