Yes. The intensive is designed to cater to individuals at all levels. We start with foundational concepts and gradually delve into more advanced techniques, ensuring everyone can follow along and benefit.

Our intensive combines both theoretical knowledge and practical sessions. You'll not only understand the principles behind each technique but also get a chance to practice them under expert guidance and along side fellow students.

Breathwork is the overarching phrase used primarily to describe all forms of breathing ie; giving birth as a human requires a certain type of breathing that would be categorized underneath the "breath work umbrella." Another example would be the type of breathing a free diver would be practicing just before he went on a deep dive. These examples have their own unique names but they all fall under the umbrella of breathwork.

    That's a very personal question.

While breathwork is generally safe, certain practices can be intense. It's essential to listen to your body and go at your own pace. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, it's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before starting. Let us know if you have any questions.

We will meet for 3 hours every Saturday for 4 weeks. It’s suggested to dedicate about 15 to 30 minutes a day between sessions, for personal practice and reflections.

Yes, all sessions will be recorded, so if you miss one, you can catch up in your own time.
