Hi friend,
I’ve been obsessed with exoplanets and the process we are going through as humans to find them. My first book report as a little boy was on the different planets in our galaxy. My grandmother helped me write the book sentence by sentence. My fascination continues to this day.
As many of you know, I follow several leading cosmologist’s in the world. I’ve seen several speak in lecture halls here in the US and abroad.
I’m currently lined up to participate in Brian Cox‘s visit to us here in San Diego and I probably will be going to see him yet again in San Francisco.
With that being said, I must say the individual that really strikes me as being somebody who could really come through with the data and expertise, we need to not only find a planet but to troubleshoot the means of populating the planet with humans as-well, is Sara Seager.
I hope you take the time to find out a little bit more about her. The above link is to her website and here are some other links to help you further your research.
New York Times article is here.
The Woman Who Might Find Us Another Earth
The star-crossed life of Sara Seager, an astrophysicist obsessed with discovering distant worlds.
Wonderful podcast with Lex Fridman and Sara Seager can be found here.
I’m particularly fond of her attitude and science behind going to Mars.
Here is her page at MIT.
Unfortunately, her webpage that exhibits her upcoming events is not working! I’m not one to easily give up though and will let everybody know when she’s on the road lecturing.
I believe it is well worth your time to research this incredible woman.
Have fun, be safe and don’t stare to long at her eyes.
Quotes I’m Pondering
“Diplomacy is the fine art of telling people to go to hell in such a way that they ask for directions.”
— Winston Churchill
This is one of the first quotes I memorized after reading it one time. Just saying…
Things I’ve Learned
“Just being yourself can get you in a lot of trouble” -Dennis Dean

Her latest book I’ve just ordered and looking forward to getting is here.
I’m happy to see she has it out in an audiobook format & I will be starting with that first. Found here.
The Pranayama Podcast
My podcast interview with Alex Kuhtarev is this April 9th.
Alex and I are really fine-tuning the questions and my dear friend Drew Jimenez is coming in for the lighting.
Mr. Kuhtarev is a former KGB agent for Russia.
He is now an Entrepreneur, Husband/Father, Human Experience Guide, Pantheist & Plant Medicine Integration Mentor.
Buckle up for this one friends…

The musician I think you should get to know:
Sarah Jarosz: Her website is here
I’ve known several professional musicians that have seen her live, and they all say the same thing. Pure talent, not only as a musician, but as a songwriter as well.. very unique.
One of my favorite songs that exhibits both of those talents is:
