I was in Chicago September 28, 2023
to participate in a presentation called “The Brain Body Contract” by Dr. Andrew Huberman.
It was at The Chicago Theatre which I had been to on several other occasions being as I used to teach in Chicago on a regular basis at my friend Jodi Blumstein’s Yoga Shala called “Priya Yoga.”
But this time was different. I had been following Mr. Huberman for several years and I was going to do the event with my good friend Tom Quinn (Instagram) &
his wife Jessica from Yoga View and a few of his friends.
Dr. Huberman is quite a showman to say the least. I would probably fly anywhere in the world to see him again. He was that good.
