1. Weekly Live Streaming Breath, Meditation & Gentle Seated Movement Sessions
Join us once a week for a 15-minute live streaming session where we engage in breathwork, meditation, and gentle seated movement to cultivate awareness, relaxation, and vitality. Many find it challenging to practice on their own, so this structured group setting provides motivation, connection, and a sense of belonging.

2. Guided Learning & Progressive Practice
Each weekly session is designed to help members learn a little more each time. Through consistent participation, you will deepen your understanding of breathwork and meditation, building a foundation for personal growth.

3. Community Conversations & Personal Expression
Our platform is a space where you can express your thoughts and feelings about your practice. Whether you have insights to share or challenges you’d like to discuss, you’ll receive direct responses from the teacher or fellow community members, fostering meaningful connections and shared learning.

4. Exclusive Interaction with Weekly Newsletters
Each week, the newsletter 2Rt Mate Tuesday will be featured on the platform along with all relevant links, and members will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions. This ensures that topics covered in the newsletter become interactive discussions, enriching the learning experience.

5. Engagement with Podcasts & Teaching Videos
Members will also be able to comment on podcast episodes and occasional teaching videos that we release. This space allows everyone to express their thoughts, ask questions, and gain deeper insights from the content shared.
