Program Schedule

January 7 – June 24, 2025

• Online orientation call on January 7 @ 1 PM.
• Live interactive group classes on Tuesdays @ 1 PM PST for 2 hours (120 minutes) on Zoom with recordings ( Jan 7, 14, 28  Feb 4, 11, 25  March 4, 11, 25  April 1, 22, 29  May 6, 13, 27  June3, 10, 24 ).
• Monthly office hours on the third Tuesday of the month @ 1 PM PST for 60 minutes on Zoom with recordings (Jan 21, Feb 18, March 18, April 15, May 20, June 17).
  
• In-person retreat* will be held April 11, 12, 13 at a private location in Encinitas/Cardiff by the Sea Ca.
  Retreat details below.

* Tuition does not cover the cost of travel & lodging.
** You should allow 4-6 hours per week for home study requirements.

This course includes:

• Live interactive group Zoom classes on Tuesdays @ 1 PM PST with recordings ( Jan 7, 14, 28  Feb 4, 11, 25  March 4, 11, 25  April 1, 22, 29  May 6, 13, 27  June 3, 10,  24 ).
• Drip-fed video lessons to be watched on your own time via School of Pranayama.
• The first three months are modulated with both science, theory, and practice.
• Month 4 includes an in-person weekend retreat in Cardiff by the Sea, Encinitas, CA. Details below. 
• Months 5 & 6 are supportive practicum sessions with practice teaching (1:1 & group), live coaching, and feedback.
• Monthly office hours for live Q&A with the instructors and classmates alike on the third Tuesday of each month @ 1 PM PST (Jan 21, Feb 18, March 18, April 15, May 20, June 17).
• A 1 year subscription to Pranayama One Membership. 
• Access to course materials and other resources.
• Ongoing support from your teachers plus support from the Pranayama One Membership Community.

Foundational Retreat Details:

• Month 4 includes an in-person weekend retreat in Cardiff by the Sea, Encinitas. – April 11, 12 & 13, 2025 (attendance is optional / travel expenses & lodging not included).
• Assistance in finding a place to stay and information on local activities including food and entertainment.
• The retreat is held on 3 beautiful acres snuggled between Cardiff by the Sea, Encinitas and Rancho Santa Fe, California with a panoramic view of the five mountain ranges to the east and 1 mile from internationally renowned local beaches. 
• Full Moon Hike w/ Dennis Dean & Lisette Hart April 12.
  Campfire-Dinner gathering April 13.
  How to Teach Study Group & Practice 11,12 & 13.
• Daily class details will be refined & provided as we review the needs of the students.
